Udzungwa Mountains National Park is nestled in the Eastern Arc Mountains of southern Tanzania. In contrast, higher zones such as Luhomero Peak (which stands at 2,576 meters) can be considerably cooler. Hence, temperatures drop to around 21°C, particularly in the months of June and July.
